Pieter Jelle de Visser van Bloemen was born (1955) in Eindhoven, Holland. This very experienced sailor with a passion for teaching and instructing decided in
2005 to combine hobby and profession.




















Pieter likes to welcome you on board of the Clever Clipper, Pontoon D 14, Marina
de Portimão, Algarve (Portugal).
























Skipper and partner of Clever Yachting

Frank Baart was born (1946) in Hilversum, Holland. Living in the Algarve since 1993 and approximately 35.000 sea miles in his log book. He is mainly in charge
of the commercial side of Clever Yachting including the organisation of Nautical
Events.
